  • Estimated delivery time: 6-9 business days after dispatch
  • Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (PT)

Depending on availability, certain items may be shipped from our EU warehouse to ensure faster processing and reliable delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or local delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.

3. Customs & Import Fees

No customs fees:

“U.S. customers will not be charged any additional customs, duties, or import fees on delivery.”

4. Address Changes

You may request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, changes can no longer be made.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
